Avenora Limited is a UK company with two lines of work. We build operations and AI systems for growing businesses, and we run not a square, a mastermind and community for e-commerce founders and operators who want to build the same systems themselves.

Most people use automation, AI and agent as if they were one word. They are three different jobs, and mixing them up is why businesses either trust a chatbot with their numbers or never trust AI with anything.

not a square

not a square is our mastermind and community for founders and operators of e-commerce brands selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Members build the systems on their own business, with their own data: one home for every channel, a true profit and loss per product, and a command centre where agents draft the work and the member approves it.

    Every lesson starts with the finished thing working, then the idea behind it, then a build-along on your own business.

    Start in a chat app with nothing to install and move up to a full developer setup when you need more.

    Members share proof of what they built, and finish with a working screen and a drafted action from their own business.
